GLaYD is a non governmental organization founded with a passion to nurture responsible, collaborative and sound leadership in young people. Leadership is essential to the future success of our youth. It is the key to what we do with our lives and how well we do it. In today’s world, it is imperative that we nurture leadership potential from a very young age. Leadership can make important difference in the lives of young people - in their academic and personal performance, in the choice of careers, in their acceptance to the college/university of their choice, and in the level of their passion, purpose, potential, pain and personality.
