GLaYD seeks to achieve its aim through academic-based leadership programs for outstanding junior high and tertiary schools students and by providing assistance through educational and community development programs that are self-sustaining and poverty alleviating.

GLaYD support self-help initiatives and encourages and supports participatory development projects at the rural level where conception, design, implementation and evaluation are all done at that level. Our ultimate goal is to design and create feasible educational and leadership programs for the youth by providing the kind of learning where they will eventually be challenged and engaged to DREAM, BELIEVE, PLAN and ACT.
